Reece Fisher tossed a no hitter on the mound to lead the RedHawks in an opening day victory against cross-town rival Fairfield. Fisher struck out 16 batters and his only blemishes were 2 walks that amounted to nothing for the Falcons. 

Offensively, the RedHawks struggled but managed to push 2 runs across in the 5th inning on some errors by the Falcons. Ezequiel Moreno, Noah Alford and Colin Turner all managed to steal bases for the RedHawks offensively. Thomas Castillo made the game ending web gem at 2nd base to cap off FIsher's no hitter. 

The 1-0 RedHawks are back in action Tuesday March 30th as they travel to Fairfield for a rematch. The first pitch is slated for 5pm.
